The Super Bowl Or the Taos Winter Wine Festival?

You can choose the Super Bowl, or you can choose the Grand Tasting at the Taos Winter Wine Festival. That’s a no-brainer for us – the Grand Tasting wins every time, as it has two years in a row. But this year, we can do both – they moved the Superbowl.

Worldwide Wines And The Best Local Cuisine

Vintners come from all over the U.S. to show their best reds and whites. You can find anything from a very dry Cab to a sweet Moselle. Taste local New Mexican champagnes from Gruet and compare them to Domaine Chandon from Napa. You may also see sweet Italian reds alongside the excellent Sweet Lucy from Ponderosa Winery in Ponderosa, New Mexico.

You can also sample the latest fare from restaurants around Taos. Because of intense competition, the food is always excellent.
